Paprour is one of the 1229th villages and 257th Panchayat of Begusarai district under Bihar state. It is situated in west-south part of district Begusarai.
NH-31 divides this village in two parts or we can say that NH-31 is across from the village.
It is belieguard with industries. On the north NH-31 and Bihat Railway Hault, in south HFCL, in east IOCL plant and in west HFCL colony. In primitive history it was also in existence because it is situated on the highest part of this area. These they proved it that here people lived in long-long time ago.
In modern history, it was a holy place in Bihar state and extremely popular because an Ashram was located whose name was “Gandhi Ashram” in freedom movement. |

This village is espands perpendicularly from east to west which used to be a main link road (NH-31).
It is surrounded on the north by Bathauli and Hawaspur village, on the east by Deonah Industries and HPCL/BPCL depot and on the west by the HFCL industrial township. |
